Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchange policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.

Exchange Conditions:

  1. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags still attached, if applicable).
  3. Products that are damaged, worn, or cleaned will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Exchange:

Please email our customer support team at [orders@twentyfour.com] with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs involved in sending the item back for exchange (unless the product arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part).
