Exchange policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.
Exchange Conditions:
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags still attached, if applicable).
- Products that are damaged, worn, or cleaned will not be accepted for exchange.
How to Exchange:
Please email our customer support team at [orders@twentyfour.com] with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs involved in sending the item back for exchange (unless the product arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part).
